Access Project 1

Access Projects 1 - 5

Because of the size of the files, work from the desktop while completing All Access Projects. You can always save them on a floppy when complete. Insert your name the application and Project number in the header of screen shots submitted. Label all screen shots.


Access Project 1  (35 POINTS)  Label the screen shots using TEXT BOXES

Complete pages AC-7-AC-45 Save all databases in a folder called 1 Access Project Hand In:

1.      A screen Shot of Access Project 1 (details view) There should be 5 databases and 1 Excel file.

2.      A screen Shot of Selections database Window showing 1 new Table (Customers)

3.      A screen Shot of Selections database, Customers Table in Design View

4.      A screen Shot of Websites.mdb, sites table in Design View

5.      Add a Text box listing extensions for all (5) applications we have learned so far. Format the text box’s color and lines

Create a folder called 2 Access Project

Copy Selections.mdb into 2 Access Project folder

NOTES 

To Create up a Lookup field in the Web Sites Table tab down to a new field , right click in the data type column and pick Lookup Wizard. Choose the Ratings table and include both fields in the lookup.

Dowload files for project 3, change folder name to 3 Access Project, Copy Selections, Employees and Web Sites databases into the folder
